Updates & Release Notes

Changes:
- Anguished World Raids can now be summoned publicly
- Increased the number of community raids found while in the Crimson Chaos world effect
- Cretan Compound Bow: removed Ranger restriction, removed Ward debuff
- Cretan Arrows: removed Ranger restriction on the Crit Chain bonus, increased Ward
- Crimson Eye of Centaurus: increased Dexterity
- Horned Corinthian Helmet: increased Crit Chain bonus
- Linothorax: increased Crit Chain bonus, increased Defense and Resistance
