Updates & update punten

Changes:
- Kingdom Rework: Phase #1
- Removed the player faction restriction from Kingdoms
- Removed the Kingdom level cap of 20
- Ascension Levels are now better factored into War matchmaking
- Rebalanced Kingdom Gold income
